To: artesia@usa.net From: Submitted-Sightings@caverns.com Subject: Submitted UFO Sighting Report LOCATION : Martinsburg, WV DATE-Sighting : April 23, 1998 TIME-Sighting : 8 am This is your Submitted Sighting Report : Today, on TV 25 [WHAG TV in Hagerstown, Md] the news reported a sighting by a local woman [Martinsburg, WV] who shot some video of the sighting. They showed two black objects hovering and manuvering in and around each other. The interesting thing to note is that Pres. Clinton was in the area today [Harpers Ferry, WV] giving speeches. The speculation was that it was "helicopters" but I saw some of the video and they were no helicopters! I tried to find some video on the net but was unsuccessful sofar.
