time: 7:00 P.M.
sighting: I was getting into my car at about 7:00 P.M. I looked up and fairly low it seemed was an extremely
large disk shaped object, It was moving very slowly. I could hardly believe what I was seeing, and thought it had
to be a blimp!! I continued to watch for a few seconds, there was no one in the street and I ran to get my husband,
but by the time we got out, it was slowly disappearing below the tree line in the distance. As best I can recall,
the disk shape around it may have been a glow, the middle was cigar shaped, very bright, with white twinkling lights
along the center. I felt sure that someone else had to have seen and reported it. If I was puzzled, surely someone
else was. There was nothing on the news, or on the radio. I can't imagine an object that large, and I do mean large.
It was bigger than anything I have ever seen in the sky. I want to know what I saw. My critical mind is sure it
must have been a blimp, but what was it doing there? And why was I the only person to see it? I need to know what
it was. Did anyone in the vicinity of Reseda, Northridge, Woodland Hills, Chatsworth, see anything, or do you know
what it was. I'd sure like to know.
