sighting: Sighting: I was looking out of my top window keeping an eye on a storm approaching from the south.
Against a dark cloudly back ground I saw a motionless silver sphere. After a few seconds it shot off like a bullet
towards the west. My wife thinks I am mad, but I don't think it was a ballon (because of its speed) or ball lighting.
I am close to the Biggin Hill airfield but I don't think it was a plane because there was no sound (I usually hear
aircraft before I see them). It was difficult to estimate size but I think it was smaller than a car.
