sighting: I was in 7th or 8th grade, a friend and myself were outside on a friday night trying to get my cheap-ass
telescope pointed at Haleys comet. A very quiet aircraft flew over head, it was triangularly shaped and was very
low to the ground (made the trees blow around a bit) it had lights at each point of the triangle, it moved very
quietly and too slowly to be a jet and too quiet to be a helicopter.
My friends big brother (a senior in high school) had talked to us about the SR-71 and how the govt. experiments
with aircraft, so my friend and I assumed it was just a govnt. type of aircraft, and have said nothing of the sighting
until I saw a photograph of the triangler ufo spotted over Scotland I think.
