Subject: UFOSNMW REPORT FORM Date: Fri, 7 Jan 2000 20:21:28 +0000 From: unknown@unknown (unknown) To: ufosnw@rt66.com Name :Robby Location :Wichita Falls, Tx Date_of_Sighting: January 1975 Time_of_Sighting: 1:00 am Sighting: I was riding in the cab of a small pick-up heading east on the Seymore Highway in Texas with two other young men. We were stationed at Sheppard AFB at the time. The sky was completely overcast with low clouds. We watched two white lights through the windshield that were approximately 2000 foot above ground level and each about as bright as a car headlight. They were making a slow left turn and appeared to be traveling about 200 knots. The second light was trailing the first by about a quarter of a mile but was gaining on the first. We watched the lights and talked about why the planes were flying that low and this late at night. The reason I know they were UFO's is because the instant the second light caught up with the first, they shot straight up through the clouds. I believe no man made aircraft can make an instant 90 degree turn and accelerate to at least 1000 miles an hour in one second, especially going straight up. |
