It was submitted by () on Thursday, April 9, 1998 at 16:18:50 location: Boise, Idaho, USA date: 1/15/95 time: 10:21 pm sighting: Me and a good friend were walking my dog in the park near my house. My dog was being well behaved untill then, when she started barking and pulling against the leash. She looked like she wanted to jump into the sky. I looked to where she was barking and noticed a light shining in the sky. It was moving around and around. Me and my friend quickly ran home and slammed the door.
