Subject: Reports of recent sightings over northern New Mexico
To Whom It May Concern:
I was just curious to know if you have received any reported UFO sightings in northern New Mexico, especially near
the Cuba, New Mexico area.
My father and brother were hunting on October 5, 1997 in the area in question and both saw a strange object traveling
from south to north in the evening hours of that day. All they could see was a bright pinpoint of light with a
flared out vapor trail (about 30 degrees from the horizontal). They don't believe it was a meteor.
Could you please let me know if you have any information on this event?
