Sighting:
I saw a bright flickering light in the sky. First saw the light in 
the east about 25 degree above the horizon. Object tracked overhead 
then, continued on to west I observed the light for about 7 minutes 
Light seem to be flickering red, green, violet. Speed seemed to be a 
little slower than passing commercial jet aircraft Could not tell 
how high it was. But it seems to be higher than commercial aircraft. 
Was able to capture image on 8-mm video camcorder. Sky was clear and 
dark, no clouds.

object was the brightest light in the sky.
