Sighting: Came home from work around 9:00pm and as I got out of my car, I glanced
into the sky(in front of me) and noticed a large red-colored object(which
seemed to be rotating, because sometimes the red got brighter & changed colors)
I cannot even guess how far away this object was, but it had all the local
farm animals going nuts! I watched for awhile, and noticed that it was
moving very slowly, stopping(atleast appearing to stop, from where I was),
then moving again-(it repeated this routine for hours)
As I stood there watching, other residents from this apt. bldg. were
returning home. There were 2 or 3 other people, who took a great interest
in what I was doing-(actually I think, they felt, I was(at that moment), not
playing with a full deck--until I pointed out to them, what I was observing-
THEN, became VERY intrigued! One gentleman even went for his binoculars-
As we continued to watch, out of nowhere, smaller objects appeared and
began to rotate around the larger object. Again, this went on for hours-
By this time, the local farm animals seemed to be totally out of their
minds, so I decided to call the local law and report this sighting. When
I finally did get through(took sometime, maybe 15min. or so), I was told
that many reports were coming in and "things" were being investigated-
I then took a cozy position by my bedroom window, to continue to
observe- now understand, it was now close to or shortly after midnight-so
I had been observing these objects for, already, 3hrs. As I again watched,
some new and smaller objects appeared in "this picture"! The new ojects
were very small(compared to the others) and seemed to be coming out of the
large object- they were completely red(dark red) and reminded me of
sperm cells. They were, again, coming out of the large object and moving
very quickly towards(at least it appeared that way to me) Washington D.C.,
which was maybe 60-70 miles south of Emmitsburg, Md. This went on for
atleast another hr., then stopped, although, all of the other objects
were still in place. Then, without notice, all of the objects disappeared.
A very "intriguing" evening!
