hi,my friends call me mo.i am 30 years old and here is my sighting.
about 14 years ago myself and my best friend brian were sitting on 
the bonnet of his dads car in our street outside his house.
it was about 11.30pm and there was a full moon lighting the 
cloudless sky,and then it happened.
one of us spotted a plane in the distance ,but we did`nt think 
anything of it at the time until it slowly flew nearer our 
direction.
it seemed to take forever to reach us and we began to comment about 
its speed and its lack of engine noise. when it was almost directly 
over our position it stopped dead in the sky,and it remained there 
motionless for about 10 minutes,it was amazing.
the object was black and triangular in shape and was unlit and 
completely silent also we noticed what looked like ducting on the 
underside.as for its height it was difficult to say because this 
was something we had never seen before and had no idea of its size,
but if it was say the size of a commercial airliner then i would 
estimate that it was about 500-700ft high.
i dont know what thoughts were running through my mates head but i 
could`nt imagine what it was that we were both transfixed to and 
then without warning it completely vanished,instantly.
what makes this event even stranger was the fact that i did`nt 
remember discussing or thinking about what we had seen on that 
night,until.
it was only sometime later(1995 i think)that one day at work a 
friend of mine bought a copy of "ufo magazine" which he let me 
read one dinnertime and as i flicked through the pages i saw it,
it was a picture of the black flying triangle and suddenly i 
remembered what i had previously seen which made my spine tingle 
and the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end.
i was sceptical of ufo`s then but am now a firm believer and 
watch the skys regularly.
