It was submitted by () on Saturday, February 21, 1998 at 03:31:36 location: Kerrville,Texas date: February 20,1998 time: 7pm sighting: I first saw a long white glowing streak thinking it was the tail of an aircraft. Then it turned bright orange and steaked across the sky like a comet. Then it stopped again and just stayed stationary and glowed orange for about 5 min. I recorded it on video at this point. Then it just slowly faded further away.
