location: Lebanon, NH
date: early Jan,late Dec 1997
time: early AM
sighting: I was home visiting my family for the holidays. It happened the night before I was to go home. I had
been having some trouble sleeping that night, and I was still trying to get to sleep early in the morning. I first
heard sort of a sonic hover... it is hard to describe. It didn't sound like a helicopter or an airplane. I had
mini blinds in my room, but the light that came into my room was not stopped by them. I don't know how to describe
it other to say that there was an extremely bright light shining into my window.
I had no light on in my room but my whole room was illuminated by a bright blueish light. Meanwhile all during
this still hearing the hovering sound. I immediately panicked...screaming for my mother like some infant.
She came into my room, and at the same time...it was gone. I get teased, they say it is just a dream,I am positive
it wasn't. I was not sleeping. It is up to you to believe me or not. but I know I can't possibly be the only one
who had seen it.
