Sighting:
While vacationing in a rented cabin at Mesa Verde Nat'l. 
Park, Colorado, my parents and I watched a cluster of 
intensely orange-colored lights gathering and darting 
in the sky.  The lights were silent, and moved in 
erratic motions.  At times they hovered motionlessly, 
then would suddenly dart away at incredible speed. 
Sometimes they moved together, and sometimes apart.  
My father, a career military officer, was fascinated 
and mystified. It was a clear evening, and we watched 
the lights through his Leica binoculars for several 
hours.  We finally quit and went to bed though the 
lights were still visible and active.  I will never 
forget the experience, though it happened over 25 
years ago.
