Location: Mojave Desert

Date: 5/22/99

Time: 11:55 p.m.

Sighting: I was riding my motorcycle coming going home to Palmdale
from Tehachapi when all of a sudden I saw I flash of light.
It kept blinking and moving in a maner that no aircraft could do.
I'm a retired marine Lt. aviator and I've never seen anything
like it.
