It was submitted by () on Thursday, January 29, 1998 at 03:56:17 location: Mullumbimby/N.S.W./Australia date: 30th July 1996 time: 8:05 to 8:10 pm sighting: Driving home from shopping we saw a light appear in the sky It was bright enough to distract my eyes from the road. The light appeared 40 degrees above the horizon It was very far away.Its size must have been massive.It dropped south/west leaving a trail of light in its path and then completely changed direction ie.North/East and then disappeared.The whole experience lasting oly a second.My girlfriend and I imediately looked at each other and asked "what was that?".We both knew we had seem something STRANGE.
