it was a disc shaped object white in color with small white lights all
the way around the bottom of it that seemed to shine onto the craft
as if to intentionally light it up for everyone to see. it was hovering,
not moving at all from what i could see. it was very low to the ground,
not near as high as you see planes flying, it was about as high up
as you see low flying helecopters fly, thats about the only way i can
explain its altitude. its relative size for how high up it was was about
that of dinner plate, so it was very clear to see and there was no
mistaking what i was looking at. i could not see what it looked like on
top because it was almost directly above me. i was able to observe
it for only about 15 to 20 seconds and it just vanished into thin air.
it did not fly away or get covered by clouds because it was a clear
night and it wasnt that high up anyway, i actually watched it disappear
before my eyes. it was in a very populated area and there were many
cars driving right under this thing so others had to of seen it, so far
i have only talked to one other person who seen it but im sure there
is more. if there is anyone else out there who seen this thing around
