It was submitted by () on Friday, April 3, 1998 at 00:14:44 location: santa cruz california date: april 1 1998 time: 8:45 pm sighting: I see a lot of commercial air trafic fly over my house. what i saw was two dim lights flying at low altitude soundlessly. The lead was on the lefthand; the right one flew slightly behind playing "catch-up". IT would fall behind a little, then speed up to stay in formation. There was no telltale red and green wingtip lights a normal aircraft would have, and no standard "headlamps" of a commercial jet. What it was, I have no clue...
