sighting: In the mid 1950's there were many sightings of what appeared to be green fireballs in the skies over
Holloman Air Development Center located near Alamogordo, New Mexico. The same sightings were also seen over White
Sands Missle Range. Many people saw them and these were people of good character. The objects( for want of a better
word ) were green and appeared to be a fireball. They would shoot across the night sky at tremendous speed and
in a split second, either stop dead still or change direction at a 90 degree angle. I am surprised that none of
these sightings were on your list of sightings. I have tried several times to send this report on other servers
with no success. Perhaps it will work this time. If anyone has any info or an answer better than the Air Force
who says they were swamp gas , in desert New Mexico ? Duhhh
