A Bright, colorful object, red , White & Blue, hovered in the same location for 45 minutes. Sometimes red color would dissapear. Binocular sight showed perfect round object, to oval shaped to vertical alignement. Couldn't have been a plane or copter, stayed in same place for too long. Did anyone else see this?
