Time=343 a.m.
UFO=Sighting Witnessed a red slowly pulsating bobbing
ball of light near the East River Power Plant. No
sound. It bobbed up and down very slowly then moved
in a circle. Observed it for over five minutes. Was
about ten blocks away could not have been a helicopter.
FAA had no reports of anything unusual that night.
