My Grandma and Uncle saw it. They were driving home from my birthday and they noticed that everyone was pulled over on the side of the road. They were all looking up at the sky. They pulled over and they saw this big circle of multi-colored lights. They could tell that it was not a plane because it was in a circle and it was soundless. A few days later they saw the "sighting" in the newspaper.
